In their own words
Thieves, unprofessional, scammers, they broke everything during the move, a minor worked as an assistant with the owner, it's a fake company and they fled without paying for the damages they caused, they are criminals, don't hire them
Ms, Senjudo with all of your due respect we have never provided our services to you at all. We do not even have you on our files as a client i reccomend you do a deeper investigation of the company you used ma'am best of luck God bless you...
Response: if you hadn’t gotten so upset and aggressive you would have heard I was trying to offer payment for you to complete the agreed upon services since there was still boxes to remove and Furtniture to move. You took $325 of payment and worked for maybe 30 minutes with additional arguing. Very unprofessional. Also - My law degree and coherent sentences would indicate I’m not the one that needs to study, sir. Please google “recording without consent in Florida” to understand what a two consent state means.
With your due respect Ms. Margarette/Ms. Amaro you Mentioned at the residence you didn’t signed no contact that is the reason why you denied on paying the remaining balance of $325. I told you that as a courtesy that we were going to give … More
I'm a senior citizen looking to move from one location to another in Florida, approximately 30 miles between them. When I called they said $110/hr plus $150 service fee. He quoted me $4,800 which included a carport. Want 50% down and said it would take approximately 7 hours, even 8 hours with the carport would come to would come to a total of $1,030. He then denied saying $110/hr. THIEF trying to take advantage of a senior citizen!
Hi Ms. Dona Geser-Lawrence on the day of your estimate we never told you that it was going to be $110 per hour or that it was going to take approximately 7 to 8 hours with the CARPORT. Also we have never ever charged anybody a $150 dollars … More
I do not recommend this company; their customer service is terrible, and they keep your deposit. Octavio Real is a scammer.
We have no recollection of ever offering out services to you I recommend you do a deeper investigation. We will wait for you to place any evidence indicating that we served you…This is a complete lie we have never service you at all…

Thank you for your business and support
We have used Real Moving & Octavio numerous times for moves within Southwest Florida and between Florida and Georgia. Octavio has been perfect each time. He and his Team pays attention to the details, wraps and doubles wraps our furniture…protects our marble and hardwood floor on moves in and out. They say that when you love your job, you never work a day in your life. I am pretty sure Octavio hasn’t worked in a long time. I generally don’t write reviews, I will close on one last thing.
Very satisfied with our long distance move from Florida to South Carolina. Octavio ensured that our move went smooth and easy for us highly recommend for all of your long distance, local, or any moving needs Real Moving And Storage are the best in the business
