In their own words
Worst moving experience I have ever had! One arrived on time, one half hour late with no text or call until I reached out to them. After 45mins, 3 things had made it to the truck. Movers had to be told multiple times to use the dollies and moving squares rather then moving one box at a time. Rather then load the elevator, they put 1 or 2 items at a time and still managed to damage my furniture.
UPDATE: BBB has reached out to the company with no response. The owner has not gotten back to me. I called from a different phone number and the owner picked up but as soon as I stated who I was they hung up on me. Clearly the owner has no interest in resolving this issue in any way. They are literally leaving us with no option other than to sue for damages. I have given them MANY attempts to deal with this issue professionally, but they do not care.
