In their own words
Terrible customer service. The owner is rude and unprofessional. Charged over $1200 for a move only to find broken items and items left behind. Zero stars.
This company moved me into storage in June 2019 and out of storage in March 2020. Marginal performance by the movers, competitive price, convenient location, and arrival within 15 minutes of when they say they’ll show up earns this company …
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Kevin and Rakem moved me into a second floor apartment. They were very friendly and professional. They were very mindful of time and worked very efficiently. Totally recommend Rocket moving.
These guys rocked! Very professional and can fill up a moving truck in the blink of an eye! Great price and would definitely use them again! Thank you Jon and the crew!
On time, polite, professional. Got the job done for the money that was quoted over the phone. We will recommend Rocket movers to our friends. Steven Georgetown, Tx.
The crew that came out was great, as is the owner John. They were able to move us from a storage unit into our new house on very short notice. The crew was super efficient too, which is always a concern when paying hourly. These guys didn’t waste a minute and just seemed like good guys. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
