These were the worst movers I have ever worked with, and I have moved 7 times since 2011. Do yourself a favor and book somebody else. Sean was very easy to work with in setting up the quote, and the price is reasonable. However, they do not offer full value protection, and the movers were very careless. We paid for full packing and they did not protect our belongings adequately. Multiple items were damaged and they completely destroyed our TV. They broke our bed frame because they did not want to take it apart.
I was really excited to use this company from all the great reviews. I have never used a moving company before so I tried to keep an open mind. 2 guys were hired at $160/hr to move a 1 bedroom apartment about 30 miles away. I drove my own …
I was not happy by their service and billing method. Waste of money. They charge minimum 3 hours even if the job is done within 1 and half hour. Plus $60 for the truck even for 0.7 miles moving distance.
We notified you regarding all rates and minimums in writing in advance via email. If you didn't agree with them you had a chance not to hire us. Diesel costs $6.5-$7.0 per gallon and trucks' mpg is about 8.

Looking for a safe and great service moving company!! Route 66 is Definitely the smoothest moving experience I’ve ever had, thinking about moving is always been a nightmare. I have used this company is the past two times I've ever needed help moving out and so far has been the easiest to schedule and work with the movers were efficient and professional had no issues with my advice in regards of how to care for my furniture!!
I unfortunately was not able to use Route 66 moving since they were not affiliated with my job but I have to give a five start review because they were extremely professional and prompt. I have to give a special shout-out to Sean for easily accommodating my very restricted move in schedule with short notice. If my job wasn’t paying for my move I would have absolutely gone with Route 66.

They were great from start to finish. Very responsive and competitive pricing. They delivered our furniture exactly within the timeframe they said they would. Their team was never late and got the work done quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend them to anyone moving within the state of California.
We have used Route 66 twice and can’t say enough good things about them!! The phone coordinator Sean is on it, and the crews were so hardworking, careful, and got our things moved out when we were in a pinch. Two thumbs way up!
