Slow, Rude, took too long to move my furniture into their truck. They put unnecessary bubble wrap and thick plastic wrap all over my furniture and boxes when they could have just moved as is. All I wanted bubble wrap was on my television and my bedroom set everything else didn’t need to be bandaged and tape they cost me 8 hours of moving prices and charged me for wrapping all my stuff which is not what we asked for.
Never got a confirmation email but they charged me the deposit. Day of didn’t show up during the time that was scheduled and tried to push me back a day. Horrible communication. I had a deadline to be out of my house and couldn’t trust them so I had to get a new moving company and they still charged me to cancel.
Will not be using again. They were half a day late (due to a mover the night before) . Was suppose to move at 9:00am but didn’t until 5:30pm. Everything was rushed, things were broken, and at the end they tried to over charge us. Thank God i had a timer going on my phone with the actual time it took to move.
Worst experience ever. Luckily my niece video taped what happened. One story short, hadca small cannon ball safe, era 1865. It was dropped, because I told "mike" that a truck with a lift gate was needed. The safe that had been refurbished was absolutely destroyed. Just a side note, "Mike" basically called me a liar. He claimed I never mentioned the safe. Which I did, because I asked for a lift gate. .please folks, any one who is moving absolutely do not this company.
DO NOT BOOK THESE PEOPLE. This was a genuinely horrible experience! I had a 2 bed room home and the movers took their time! Even breaking down my bed in order to waste more time. I ended up paying almost 1500 dollars. They took 9 hours!! Absolutely terrible. Please save yourself trouble and book with another company

I had a moving with S&D Moving Company, they were very honest about the service from the initial quotation until the end. Excellent quality and timely service with competitive prices. Quick replies, great price, very professional, excellent moving strategies (put lots of smaller things in a very large box on a dolly/saran wrapped things), very fast moving services. Very easy to work with. Would definitely use again.

They were so quick and professional. They wrapped my furniture very well. I had 2 boxes that I requested to go into mg car and they left those last and helped unload what I had in my car. Great crew. Worked very fast and super careful. Easy to deal with and get pricing. Would for sure use again.
