Would give zero stars if I could. Supposed to have movers here at 8 this morning. Didn't show up until 9. Then didn't have the right access to get on base, despite me telling them at least twice that they need Real IDs. Now it's noon and I still haven't heard anything about what's happening today...whether or not they are sending the crew back. I called the office an hour ago and was told I'd get a call back...nothing. Tried to call again and got the answering machine. Horrible planning and customer service.

We have used San Diego Moving and Packing Services three times now, and every experience has been excellent. Baha and the entire team are professional, efficient, careful, and always on time. They handle our belongings with great care and make the moving process as smooth and stress-free as possible. We have been so happy with their service that we keep coming back, and we will definitely use them again in the future.
I had an excellent experience with Vladimir and Dima. They helped move all of my furniture out of my room and completed the entire job in about an hour. They were punctual, professional, efficient, and handled everything with great care. After clearing out the room, they also helped transport and organize everything into my storage unit, making the process completely stress-free. Their hard work, positive attitude, and attention to detail were greatly appreciated.
This is the second time in 2 months I've requested a move with this company, and both times I had such a great experience! The first move was with Vladimir, Dima, and Igor. This second move was with Vladimir and Dima. They were very professional- On time, quick, and courteous. I was so happy when I found out they were assigned to our second move also. I had the pleasure of working with Vladimir and Aman for my move and it was great. They helped me move my things from a storage unit into a new apartment with such ease. They were also so positive and patient with my apartment being so far from the elevator - I felt so bad! But they were great about it. Vladimir also helped me secure my bed as I was missing some extra screws for the bedframe. That was so nice of him! 10/10 service :)
