My payday changed and every time my payment came due I was late and they were charging all kinds of fees so I left for a better storage that doesn't threaten to sell everything after one month when your not even a month behind

If I could give negative stars I would. I have been trying to get out of my rented unit for 4 months now ($600 loss for me). I work over the road and have no way to take photos of my empty and clean unit. I would avoid this place at all cost. My unit didn’t have one of their locks when I first started renting, nor did it have the unit number. When I used my own lock, I was treated like I was stupid. I only used it for the first two weeks and decided it was not the place I wanted…. Update…. At over a year now….

Unreliable Bluetooth lock unlock mechanism installed by owners. Doesn’t work sometimes and I’ve waited as long as 20 minutes to open my unit. I also get payment past due reminders even though I set autopay up in their system.

Love this place, its right around the corner from my house and I have 24 hour a day access. They've got security cameras watching, police patrol randomly. Last summer I had a unit that the chain broke for the door and I couldn't get the door to close. Called and they got someone over to fix it, but it took a few days, I was disappointed at first when I was told it'd take a couple days, because I've got alot of stuff in my unit. To my surprise absolutely NOTHING was touched!!!!

Perfect storage facility. Easy access using the app. Climate controlled and secure. No need for a personal lock. The app takes care of everything and you can purchase a unit online easily. The whole process was super easy and convenient. Highly recommend!
