The rating breakdown
4 of the 24 ratings in Google’s published star breakdown for Speedwell Transportation Inc. are one or two star.
Worked out from 24 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.
Against other listings in Lancaster
11.7 percentage points higher than the middle of the 11 listings in Lancaster we can publish a rate for.

In their own words
Do not hire this company to move your belongings. The movers will steal your boxes. I have reached out several times to get the issue resolved. I finally was able to speak with someone by the name of Mac. Who is very disrespectful and rude. I was asked to prove that the boxes was stolen. Very bad business.
I contacted them on their website and never got a reply. I ended up Los out on a great opportunity. There has got to be a place in the Lancaster California area that will call you back.
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Lee and the crew at Speedwell are a FIRST CLASS team. For obvious reasons, I'm not going to put our entire story here. We were in a bind with a family member and needed someone that we could TRUST across the country. Lee earned our trust early on and most of all, he literally DELIVERED! The truck picked up the boxes right on time with unbelievably helpful and friendly guys that loaded them with care. Our elderly loved one was able to rest knowing all her belongings were in great hands.
If you're like me, you're probably reading this because you're moving and looking for the best movers for you and your situation. You're reading as many reviews as you can hoping to make an overwhelming, worrisome situation just a little bit easier. So my situation may be different from yours, for context my fiance and I needed to drive 1500 miles from California to Texas. We needed someone to load an entire house in a 26' truck.
The first time in our life we needed a moving company to help us move from California to Florida. We searched for months for a moving company we would feel comfortable. We needed to not only move out of our storage in California, we were looking for a company that can hold all our belonging about 200 boxes until we were ready to receive them in Florida. We finally found a company called “speedwellmovers” in Lancaster, CA. The entire transaction was handled by an amazing man by the name of Lee Paxson.
Shout out to Lee, Josh, and Richard. Military moves can be rough and stressful. These guys were very professional, and accommodating. Willing to answer all our questions and concerns without an issue. Courteous and kind, 10/10 would call again/recommend Lee and his team!
