Ian delivered our furniture on time and clearly communicated his arrival time in advance. He treated our home as if it were his own by making sure he laid down blankets to protect the floors from the elements.We also had a piece of furniture that needed to be moved to our basement which was not part of the moving agreement. Ian and his associate offered to move it for us at no extra charge.
