Recently used their services to move, and was less than impressed with the service given. Apparently when you don't take their insurance coverage, this gives the movers the right to damage and abuse your items. They have ruined several pieces of our furniture including my antique dresser from my great grandmother. When this was brought to Robins attention, their formula to reimburse was based on $0.60/lb of damaged goods. This resulted is being reimbursed $60.

Items went missing but management claims it was impossible. Stacey’s moved us from NOTL to their storage facility..We did not go to the storage facility and oversee the unloading of our belongings in to containers. Lamps, specialty studio lighting and decorative items disappeared.We did watch them unload from the containers into our truck going to the US but until unpacking everything did not know of the loss.

Given the state our province is in, it was a great disappointment to have such a great company come to do a small move and down right refuse to wear a mask. They were asked and the unprofessional attitude and lack of empathy displayed by who I am to believe is at least management was appalling. I would normally recommend there service but not after this. By laws and requirements are there for a reason!

Worst place ever, not even 1 star. I asked for packing and moving and they phone and give ATTITUDE. Are you kidding me. Grow up and be professional. They don't listen to instructions at all. NEVER will use them, seems other companies are more accommodating and professional.
It is unfortunate that our staff misunderstood the services that you requested an estimate for. Small item packing is separate from loading and transporting goods, this error does occur from time to time.
A lot of our furniture was damaged with nicks, a part of our patio table leg was missing, etc. Very disappointed, as Stacey’s was recommended to us by Real Estate agents. Would have preferred to give a more positive review, as we liked …

We have used Stacey's numerous times over the years. These guys are the best! Fast, clean, careful, and reasonably priced. They have a great sense of humour - which we have all needed on a couple of our moves haha

Stacey’s came to our rescue after the recent storm and cheerfully packed up our basement and were so efficient and professional! Stacy's Moving is absolutely the best. The two gentlemen were outstanding. They were polite, efficient and funny. My quote was for 8hrs, they had it done in 5.5hrs thereby saving me money. This is the third time we have used Stacey's and would strongly recommend them for your next move.
