The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Tyler and LaShaw made our recent move seamless and easy. They were extremely professional and quick. Much faster than we anticipated and made even the heaviest furniture moving look easy. They were both an absolute pleasure to deal. Friendly, personable and polite. A usually stressful time, they made it almost relaxing! They disassembled all beds and reassembled at the new house in record time. Our belongings were treated with care and nothing was damaged. I would highly recommend them if looking for movers.
I can't express enough the amazing service I received from Tyler and Steel City Movers. Put me at ease the first second I spoke to Tyler. Came over with a realistic evaluation and kept in touch throughout, incl calling 2 days before to make sure about everything and confirm. The 3 gentleman pulled up exactly on time and worked with lightening speed. Took no breaks which meant it also saved my wallet. They made a task so stressful seem at ease which put me at ease.
We just moved into our apartment. We had metropolitan movers lined up and then the day before our move, they called to make sure they had the correct details. The details were incorrect and after I explained our move for the 3rd time, they informed me there would be extra fees not disclosed before in the last 3 calls to them. I cancelled with them and went with Steel City Movers. Called the owner, Tyler, and spoke with him. He was able to setup a date one day after my original move in day with the other company.
Thanks for the review Brendan! We needed the leg work out on the Sunday! Enjoy your new home!
Steel City Movers was recommended to me by a friend who has used them several times and had nothing but great things to say about them. We moved houses this past weekend and used Steel City Movers and we were so happy with them! Tyler and his team went above and beyond to make sure that all of our items (including a piano and 197 totes - the boys counted them 😆) were moved with great care and attention to detail.
197 not including the small ones ;). Always happy to help Carrie! Have fun unpacking!!
