Dear Stirling Moving Team, We were pleased to come across your recent positive Google review and are glad to see that your business is still active and operating successfully. However, we would like to follow up regarding an outstanding payment for a shipment you booked with us — household goods transported from Santa Barbara, CA to Dallas, TX on November 22, 2024 (Reference: Shipment #121023139). As of today, the $7,000.00 balance for this shipment remains unpaid and is now 209 days past due.

The movers that helped me with my move from Santa Barbara to Culver City were incredibly kind and very helpful. Even when I wasn’t fully finished packing when they arrived, they reassured me that everything would be okay and we’d be able to get the job done on time. They did a great job asking questions about how I wanted furniture positioned and were very easy to communicate with.
