My boyfriend and I rent a storage unit from here and pay almost 86 dollars a month. We went there and they had put a lock on our unit by mistake because it was paid on time. When we went in to ask about it they were incredibly rude and even …

The staff was so friendly and understanding. Would definitely refer customers who are looking for storage units . I had used this facility for storage before. They didn't let me down this time. So friendly and helpful. I would definitely use them again and definitely will refer customers to them
Nina Thank you for your business and for your kind words about our staff. We appreciate your support and referrals As such would you mind changing the star rating from a one to a five. Unfortunately google only looks at the stars and not at the reviews. Thanks so much
What satisfied customers point to
The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

We had to rent a climate controlled unit for a few months after my father passed away. This place is SPOTLESS. The man behind the desk is the biggest ray of sunshine. He was so polite and helpful. Even when I called to cancel the unit. He was like oh it's perfect timing because your next payment is due tomorrow, stop on by so we can cancel before then. If I ever have another need for a unit I would definitely use this place again. Highly recommend.
Danielle Thank you for choosing the Storage Center. We pride ourselves on offering a well maintained facility and amazing customer service. We so appreciate your business and wonderful comments about our facility and staff
I love this storage place. We’ve been with them for years after being disappointed with other locations in the area. Their communication is excellent and they answer the phone every time I call. Highly recommended them to everyone.
Pam We so appreciate your business over the years. Unlike many of our competitors we have our on site management team answer our calls vs having them go to an out of state or out of country call center. We are locally owned and have a vested interest in our community and neighborhood.
Clean, affordable and spacious storage areas. Staff has always been very accommodating and their responsiveness to any inquiries we have has always been on time. Thank you!
Thank you for being our guest at The Storage Center. We appreciate your wonderful comments about our facility and staff. As local owners we try our best to give our customers and neighbors the same service as we would expect to receive. We truly value your support.
I have to say by four the best Storage I’ve ever been Mr. Doug helped me a lot. He even gave me a parking for my trailer because I need to rent a smaller truck and transfer the stuff over. It was very kind and very funny. Thank you so much Doug also JOHN make sure the unit was clean for us to put the shipment in the unit.
Charlie So glad we could assist with your storage needs. We appreciate your business and kind words about our Management team. We feel very fortunate to have Doug and John working with us as they go above and beyond when it comes to customer service.
