I had a frustrating experience at this location. When I visited in person, the employee at the front desk was not helpful and came across as dismissive. I asked about a $50 storage unit I had seen advertised, and I was told it was not available. Instead, I was pushed toward a $95 unit. I was also told that insurance was mandatory.

If I could give them a zero I would they told me that the bill will be $50 a month and then it’ll raise up and five more months another $50 or whatever after three months my bill was $150. They scammed me first then it smells like mold after storing my items there for three months all of my shoes have mold on them, coach sandals, and things I couldn’t even wear them anymore because of the mold from that place after one month please be careful who you do your business with they always add an extra fees.
This place is ridiculous, and the ownership is to be blamed. We went in there to get a price.They couldn't show us the place. The poor girl at the reception didn't have the key. All she could do is read The list price, and on the outside …

I searched online and decided to come in to see the units for myself after speaking with Blanca on the phone. it was because of her kindness, professionalism, care, and understandin that solidified the decision to move my belongings from a storage 20 minutes away to right across the street.
