I have reported mold growth covering the walls in our storage unit over a week ago. Despite paying nearly $550 a month for climate-controlled space to avoid this exact issue, our belongings have been ruined because the temperatures were not set correctly. When we first reached out to the management team (Sunday), they let us know they were new and unsure how to handle this so asked for some time to get intouch with corporate for some guidance.

Wish I would not have rented here. Ants on my things. Now the rent tripled because I guess the online price is only temporary. Now I only have a short time to deal with this and I live out of state. I did call and gave them the opportunity to make this right. They chose not to do so. Don't walk, RUNNNNNNN away from this place.

BEWARE - 2 unexpected, unethical price increases in the 3 months I’ve had a spot. Now I have to pay to move my things again because this is a scam.

Extremely unhappy. The pricing on the Internet is lower than that at the local storagemart, and they also don't accept online promotions.
