I would not recommend this storage facility. I’ve had ongoing billing issues, including being charged multiple NSF fees for a balance that was already paid. Despite calling at least five times and being promised a callback from management, I never received any follow-up. Instead of resolving the issue, I received a notice threatening to cut my lock if I didn’t pay—while the dispute was still unresolved. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely frustrating.

Overpriced from the start only to raise the rent by $49 after only 6 months!!!! Do not waste your money here. There are sooo many other climate controlled storage places well under $100 a month whereas this one starts off at over $200 a month with a mandatory $30 insurance. Everywhere else has insurance as low as $10 but not here!!! They’re dedicated to being overpriced and raising rent by egregious amounts!!! They do not value their clients/customers- they just want to scam you out of every dollar.

Buyer Beware, we got a unit and the day I came to sign up I sent them my insurance with them, and they still charged me and said they would refund me the first month after the fact. They never looked it took a month later to getting the billing cycle to find they charge me the insurance again. They refunded me the second month but have not refunded the first month. Feels kind of scammish. its there to take advantage of you. This is not professional business and seems like they don't care.

Madness! My rent for the unit idk, 10x12 maybe. Went from 200 a month, which was a lot for me, from the start. To 327 dollars a month. What in the GREED is wrong with you people. I’m moving my stuff out SO FAST this month. They’ve already increased it once before to 268, now again. I’ve had it for A YEAR. So please expect a price increase every 6 months. I asked her if I had it for another year would I be paying 600 a month, she said “it is possible.” WHAT!!

My process to secure a storage unit was very smooth and painless. All the forms were signed online, there in the office, and then I paid for my first month, the administrative fee and the insurance for my unit. Everything seemed to be straightforward. And I will be able to make my payments online each month.
