Some time ago I rented a U haul truck at this place. Joel (the general manager) showed up late, did not excuse himself for make me wait outside the fence in the cold and was very rude. I could give them zero stars if I could.

I'm pretty new to utilizing a storage facility, but I took a chance and checked this place out when I needed to put all my holiday decorations somewhere... and I can tell you, I went to the right place! Joel was a huge help to me; he helped me figure out what size unit I needed, and gave me a great price. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. I've been referring my friends to him since! 10/10 I would recommend this Store More; the place is easy to get into, clean, and the people are friendly and helpful.
I don’t even know how to start. I had a very great experience with this storage location. First and foremost, I salute Joel for what he does. Joel is very awesome and exceptional. He is there for me when I needed anything or questions about my unit. One time, I noticed that my unit has a small hole on the roof and was worried if it rains.
