Poor service bad experience manager is nice but not helpful and ladies in the office have bad attitude and are rude n not helpful at all rats went into my storage most of my stuff were damage by that n by water and of course they didn't pay for any of my loss items they gave me a dumb excuse

Pricing here is just ridiculous!!! Had a unit for 4 years and when I decided to find a better more affordable storage the manager was so unprofessional and not kind im glad I'm out of there also place is not well maintained and we ended up finding rat dropping in our storage for the second time people your better off somewhere else

Terrible place overrun by rats!!!!! If your going to get a storage here put everything in plastic containers. I’m having to toss many many things and fear taking things with me bc of the rat droppings
Jazmine, Can you help me we do not show you as a customer? We do try to address issues as they come up. We do have a pest control that comes often, and try to advise everyone that we do not allow them to store food. I will get with the Manager to discuss this recent issue.
Terrible place do not rent a unit here I recently helped a family move out and it was infested with rats, and rats destroyed almost everything. Company did not make it right.

Terrible office service. I rent this place, I just went in to ask something, and the lady on duty was incredibly rude. Everything else was fine!
Mr. Cruz, I am so sorry you had a problem, and would like to know more. I do not show you as a customer at the facility? My manager did mention someone came in who lost a phone and was upset because she had two customers and was trying to help everyone.
