Overall very dissatisfied. The team showed up half an hour late. No call, no email, no heads up. I had to call the company to find out if the team was still coming. They showed up without apology. The team walked in and estimated that the job would take an hour and a half total. Great! After a slow moving performance the job ended up taking 4 hours. I was only moving a 1 bedroom apartment.
Leigha - WE DIDN'T MOVE YOU. You were moved by our competitor - look at their invoice they left you. If you ever need to move again, we'd love the opportunity to be your movers, and to show you that we're better than the competitor who obviously did you wrong.
This review is for FLORIDA SUNSHINE MOVERS. The furniture they moved has been severely damaged. pictures say it all (check yelp). disappointment does not begin to describe how i feel. there is barely one piece of furniture that escaped damage by movers. i think they qorked hard but lacked experiemce and knowledge of how to stack furniture in the truck and how to u load and move with enough protection to prevent damage. DO NOT REPEAT MY MISTAKE. PAY MORE AND AVOID FRUSTRATION, DISAPPOINTMENT, AND RUINED FURNITURE.

Terrible experience with customer service. They broke one of our pieces and just ignored getting back to us after multiple texts and phone call. Probably not insured as they claim they are. Debbie and her husband are not nice to deal with. …

Justin and crew did an amazing job. I moved furniture for a few years in my twenties and so I have a good idea what “great” looks like. They arrived on time and they were careful and worked hard in spite of challenging circumstances - it poured down rain all day. I was particularly concerned with some very large and heavy gym equipment and they disassembled, moved, and reassembled no problem.
What an incredible moving experience!!!! Fair pricing and such professional service. If I could give 10 stars I would. The young men were very courteous and didn't stop working their tales off the entire time (and it was HOT!!!). I will definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a moving company. GREAT JOB!!
10/10 & 5 Stars. The two gentlemen were professional, efficient, great communication & meticulous attention to detail with my furniture moving day. Less than the initial quoted price. Highly recommended. Best regards. mld
