They are very nice people. But here I am rating my moving experience with them, which in best case, it was nothing better than 2 out of 5 stars. Originally, they were supposed to show up in the 12:00-2:00 pm window. But they kept pushing it back and eventually showed up a little after 4:00 pm. They sent me only 2 guys which certainly was not enough to cover moving of my apartment in the designated time.

Unloaded 2 pods charged for 3. $750 for an hours work. My fault for not getting a quote. Overall decent work but won’t use them again.

Very positive experience with this crew. Showed up on time, were professional, and finished earlier than projected. I was amazed at how quickly they got everything moved. Nothing was damaged during the process either. They genuinely wanted to do a good job and provide great service. We were charged an extremely fair price (quoted 3 other companies before choosing them) for what we were having done and they included all costs upfront. There were also no surprise charges when they finished.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!! I highly recommend The Moving King! Jordyn, Edder and Josh were phenomenal to work with. The crew arrived promptly and ready to tackle the work! We did a quick walkthrough with the crew, letting them know what needed to be taken and they quickly got to work! Throughout the process, everyone was very upbeat and great conversationalists! After packing everything up, we did another walkthrough to ensure they got everything was packed up and we headed to drop our stuff off.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from The Moving King! My wife and I recently relocated from Phoenix, AZ to Houston, TX and needed help unloading four ReloCubes on very short notice. We were in a bind and needed a crew quickly, and The Moving King came through for us by getting us scheduled at the last minute for today, 7/9. The three-man crew, led by Aaron (shout out to my fellow East Texas connection!), arrived right on time at 7:20 a.m. and immediately got to work.

I was impressed with the owner of this company when helping a friend move into her new apartment. The owner was quick, but extremely careful with her furniture and belongings to ensure nothing was damaged during transport. He made sure all furniture was properly wrapped or blanketed and took time to secure everything. When it was time to unload at my friend’s new apartment, not only was everything in perfect condition, but he stayed until all the furniture was put back together and ready to use.
