Worked out from 27 ratings. That is enough to publish but few enough that one more review moves it noticeably, so read it as a hint rather than a measurement.

In their own words
The man who owns this company (and apparently also moves the pianos) is absolutely unhinged. He viciously cursed and screamed at his employee when they were moving a piano into my home. It got to the point where my neighbors called me to see if I needed the police. I was mortified. He also broke the piano during the move and then became angry with me when I asked him to fix it, rather than wait for *his* technician to come fix it for a separate fee.
I normally go with the old saying "if you have nothing nice to say don't say it at all" but I really want to warn folks about this man. When I called him I asked if he wanted to see my house before moving my baby grand piano--he said quote …

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

In their own words
Bill and his assistant were highly efficient with moving our piano. They arrived to the location on time, carefully disassembled the piano and delivered it to me and reassembled the piano without a scratch. In addition to that Bill, the owner, was very courteous and very knowledgeable about pianos. He even assured that it was placed exactly where we wanted it to be before he left. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs a piano moved with care. Thank you guys so much.
I contacted a few piano moving service companies to get estimates, and some were just plain ridiculous! Bill was very reasonably priced, and his customer service/ communication was wonderful! He kept me updated on the arrival times for pickup/delivery and everything went so smoothly - highly recommended! Thank you!
Incredibly efficient, professional, and courteous. They moved my upright piano all the way across the state with only a few days notice and at a really great price. Cannot recommend them enough!
I was originally going to call Bill, The Piano Mover, but a friend recommended someone different. I scheduled a move 2 WEEKS plus with the other guy. Long story short, the guy flaked out on me and cancelled 2 days before, after trying to strong arm me into switching dates. I contacted Bill last minute, and I’m glad I did! Bill saved the day!!! He also did it while being kind, courteous and sensitive to our unique situation. Don’t make the mistake I made: just book with Bill the first time around.
