Do not use this company. Owner uses shady billing practices and then excuses it away that it isn't his fault that his accounting software isn't setting clients up properly. Even though he admitted his business practices and software are the reason for the discrepancy. When I called to schedule my piano delivery he quoted me $175 for the delivery and $10 for stairs, then shows up with a $1,500 bill for storage and moving without so much as a courtesy call beforehand.
I spoke with Bill and he gave me a quote to move our piano for $225. He mentioned there might be a few variables (stairs for $5 each and $25 for each tight corners) We agreed and scheduled the move. The guys that were moving the pianos called me and said they were running late and asked if we could be flexible not allow them to go move someone else on their way to us. We were flexible and told them that would be fine.
We had these guys move our piano about a year ago, they broke the middle pedal off, which is fine things happen. However, it’s been almost a year and our piano is still broken, after promises of the part coming over and over again. We’ve reached out multiple times to feel lied too about getting it repaired. “The parts on the way it’ll be here in a few weeks” and then a few months go by asking where the part is, they ask for the part number again or say it’ll be here soon…
Thresher Piano was scheduled to come and move a piano for me on a scheduled date and time after speaking directly to the owner. They no showed my appointment with no communication being made by them nor them answering their phones. The …
Two days ago I called and scheduled them for 5:30pm today. My grandma is gifting us her piano and uhaul is arriving at that time with the piano in it. They were very nice on the phone. I had explained the situation to Thresher and they said 5:30 works, great! This morning, Thresher showed up at my door at 9am, I wasn't home but saw the Ring footage.

From the first time I called them to the job being completed this company was great. They are very experienced and have the equipment and manpower to do a fast and efficient job. They communicated very well and were friendly. I would highly recommend them they move my upright piano for me.
