Very Unprofessional ! The owner is very problematic and a thief ! Beware when giving out card information as the owner will steal from you and charge a payment that wasn’t agreed upon. The movers damaged a 5,000 $ bed set due to 2 large holes at the bottom of the truck used at dispatch. The owner was aware that there was multiple holes in the truck ,placed plywood over the holes ,& forced his movers to use the vehicle anyway .

The one star is overrated and should be no sta. For the reviewers, you need to stay far away from this company. This company provided moving services for me in September 2005 and it was a disaster. They were late, had truck trouble and had to unload and then reload my contents on the side of the road likely causing damage. Then they showed up at like 10pm and then hastily unloaded my contents until 1130pm.
The Owner of this company is TERRIBLE. He was yelling in the face of a female, and was overly aggressive. It got to the point of the employees was holding him back. He then took all of the equipment that was still in the truck and is holding it ransom because and not agreeing to the contract. AVOID THIS GUY AT ALL COSTS
On October 13 2023 I was scheduled for a move. The owner was nice at first until. His movers came he sent two very small movers and I had already told him I was in a 3 bedroom house. Moving to a two bedroom apartment on the third floor. I know I needed three people he told if I canceled know he would have to charge me for two hours per the contract. So he said he would bring another guy. And he charge me a trip fee to bring the third person 68.00 plus another 35 dollars a hour for the third person.

Absolutely horrible. The 2 guys that showed up to move me moved extremely slow. After 1 hour one of the guys asked if they could take a break because he felt nauseous. I said ok. But when they started working again they were still extremely slow. The worst part is how they packed my storage. They actually took the apartment's garbage bin and my trash and threw it in my sto. The fabric on my dining room chairs were badly stained.

10 out 10 do not recommend. I literally moved maybe 15 items and it took 4 hours when it should have took 2. It took over an hour just to get the refrigerator. At the 1 hour mark nothing and I do mean nothing was loaded on the truck. A complete waste of money. DO NOt use them for any move. And this is after they were an hour and half late. Move was scheduled for noon and I didn't sign papers until 130. Absolutely unacceptable.

If you want your furniture broken this is the company for you. Laziest moving company in the state of Texas. They do not take accountability for damages as seen in other reviews. Bossman definitely doesn’t know what he’s doing. Also crew made constant orders on ubereats and doordash so a 3 hour job turned into 6 because of constant lunch breaks.

The move process was great until walls were damaged . I was told someone would reach out to me to get walls fix and I haven’t gotten any updates or calls about the issue . I have called and left voicemails and no call back . That is completely unacceptable . It’s now December and my walls were damaged in September

Today we moved and used Top Humble Movers for our move. From start to finish THM were fantastic. Easy appointment and communication about the move. 2 days before they rechecked inventory so they provide the right truck. We had Anthony and Fabian for our move and they were machines.
