Extremely disappointing experience with Bourret Trucking. Our shipment was picked up in Quebec on March 5th, and since then, communication has been almost nonexistent. We have not received any meaningful tracking updates, and each time we followed up, we were given inconsistent and often conflicting information. We were repeatedly told the delays were due to road closures, which turned out to be inaccurate. Over the past few weeks, we have been given four different delivery dates, none of which were honored.
A gentleman had delivered items to my place of work and the service could not be any worse. He was unable to pull his truck up to our dock, so we had to manually lift 2 skids worth of product to our location of business, while the person who drove the truck informed us that "he could not help us". He had also thrown wrapping plastic on my associates face while he was attempting to move product out of the truck. The whole time, this person had been on the phone the whole time.

640 West, Exit 8 Two Mountains, May 28th, 4:45 PM. Your driver decided to cut across the left lane at the last minute on the exit. I had to brake, and a Transit van behind me came within a second of hitting me... I've had my Class 1 license since February 1999... I've driven in the eastern US, in the Wilderness World, California, and around town... and honestly, your employee was a real menace on the road. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬
