In their own words
They damaged furniture. Told me my table and chairs "can be fixed with some super glue". One guy did very little, wouldn't listen to what needed to be done, delayed any work for half an hour. We had to pay for that time. Took way longer than it should have. Sent pics of damage but they won't even respond to us. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY HAVE NO INTEGRITY and DO NOT TAKE CARE OF YOUR BELONGINGS.
They broke furniture. They broke Christmas ornaments that I've had for years. I'm missing a $60 hard shell container that I bought for my artificial tree. And worst of all they took twice as long to move me as they quoted me. One guy …
The guys were nice but didnt really know what they were doing. They forgot furniture straps, didnt measure anything beforehand and ended up damaging the fridge and my walls. The fridge is pretty scratched up and the back piece that holds the insulation is half ripped off and some of the insulation fell out. The owner offered no remorse for the damages and not even a discount. Said "damages happen during moving sometimes, yiu can help that".
