Don't you ever trust these ppl , they lied about the quote, the price and the scale. Bunch of scammers. They ruined and damaged my furniture, and they stole my stuff and not even gave me 1 penny for a compensation. Don't you ever trust these ppl. Lucas such a liar and unworthy person. We had a 3 part move and True North handled each move professionally and efficiently. Their staff communicated clearly and all the movers were careful and pleasant to work with. We would highly recommend True North!
From the very first call to get a quote, the guys were nothing short of professional and kind answered any and all questions. The day of my move the guys showed up on time, came in, all of them introduced themselves. Asked questions when they had any concerns. Truly professional and very fast. Confirmed where to put items and boxes at the drop off location.
We had a great experience with True North movers - I would recommend them to anyone. Having moved 5+ times in the last 10 years, I can say they were infinitely better than any of our past movers. Their rates are very reasonable and they are very professional and careful with your home and furniture etc. Unlike other movers we have had, they were very efficient and did not drag out the move in order to increase their hourly rate.
I hired this company for my move from Tillsonburg to Simcoe. They were not only responsive, professional, on time, accommodating, but truly two wonderful guys! They were not only respectful and considerate to me, their client but they were like that with my family who assisted me with the move which meant a lot to me. I would hire these guys over and over, they truly speak volumes of what their company entails.
