In their own words
Unfortunately such a bad experience. I hired Twin Movers to pack and move my mom’s apartment. She had less than 2 bedrooms worth of furniture and it took them two days to wrap and load (8 hrs). I have moved many times and this amount of furniture should not have taken more than 3 hours. I paid $1000 for the work which is insanely high compared to any other company and for what needed to be wrapped and loaded. They did not come with the proper materials for wrapping which they said they would as part of the price.
Horrible service. Scratched up our walls in a rental home, broke some of our furniture, and lost the rest. When we asked them to refund us for the expensive fine wood bed frame they lost pieces for, they claimed they didn’t have the pieces and then admitted they did but lost them. They refused to pay us for the bed frame even though their contract says they will do 60 cents for every dollar.
I wish I could no stars. Messaged twin movers and they gave me an estimate for moving my 3 bedroom house and Twin Movers said they were available on Sunday at noon. Well guess what? No call no show. After 5 phone calls leaving a voice mail …
Had a HORRIBLE experience so we called the day prior they said 300$ the day of he said 375$ they took forever to move a one bedroom apt then they LEFT MY FURNITURE OUTSIDE SMH NOW I STILL HAVE TO PAY SOMEONE TO BRING IT IN SMH
They were supposed to come today at 12 o’clock made an appointment a week ago. They text me at 11:30 that they’re not coming very unprofessional and disappointment
Didn’t show up and sent someone else. The people that arrived weren’t professional. Didn’t dress or smell properly. Weren’t though and left things behind.

The service was great! The young men were friendly, flexible and even allowed me more time to reschedule around my obligations. They took care of wrapping all fragile items and the tv. They are culturally sensitive and respectful. They communicated perfectly at every step of the way! I would highly recommend them! Their prices are priced affordably if you’re on a budget and they will work with you. This is family owned and local southeast Michigan and beyond!
