In their own words
After 7 and a half hours of walking around SJ, they damaged my vehicle installing a wire harness and trailer hitch. Instead of undoing what they done, they gave me a refund for the harness and told me to go somewhere else to fix the issue …

The same method, applied to the four and five star reviews. Most movers are praised for the same handful of things, so what is missing here is often as telling as what is present.

Time after time, this location has been the best. Helpful, friendly and Sharon and her crew have been the best. I book my things with them in advance to ensure I get that location. If U-Haul needs a training place, they should use that location.
