I have never left a review in my life but I am so disappointed in the service I received that I am writing my first. This is an absolutely terrible company- DO NOT USE THEM IF YOU ARE MOVING OUT OF STATE! I wish I could leave 0/5 stars but 1 is as low as it goes. We moved from Wisconsin to Grand Junction, CO. Our trailer was scheduled to arrive between Monday-Wednesday. When it had not arrived Thursday afternoon, I called and spent over 2 hours on hold being transferred over and over again.
This would be a 4.9 out of 5 star review, had one of my cubes not been delivered defective. I will start by saying the staff of ABF was extremely friendly and helpful. If I was rating based on just the staff, I would say 10 stars! But sadly one of my cubes was defective and leaked water & massive amounts of dust into the cube during transport. I ended up spending hours cleaning items and digging through wet boxes.
Customer service was horrible! I was told I should have read the paperwork before I signed to understand why I was charged over double what the quote was. I was also told that I should have been lift the multiple heavy pieces of equipment that is required to use their moving trucks. I have never been robbed for more than $1,500 until using this company. I do not recommend!

We used a Upack trailer to move our things over 1000 miles. They were so nice, professional, and flexible to work with our schedule. It was easy to use, and a good value too over all. Only possible complaint is that the ladder and separater boards are very heavy- so make sure there are at least 2 strong people to handle them. Drivers did help us with that too though, so again, they are very nice and go above and beyond to be of help. Thank you Upack! We will definitely use you if we move again!
I was incredibly impressed by the service and the level of communication provided by U-Pack — the ability to track the containers put my mind at ease and text notifications and reminders of my next step made the process foolproof. I've previously used Pods, but for a move where I didn't require storage, their pricing was nearly double that of U-Pack and the customer experience at U-Pack was stellar. I'd highly recommend them for your next move!
I would recommend U-Pack to anyone moving cross country! My husband and I were relocating from WI to AZ. I did my research and found that U-Pack was the most reasonably priced way to go. My husband was skeptical at first because he had moved cross country before and was use to the moving truck idea. After many discussions about the money we were going to save and the fact that he wasn't going to have to drag a car behind a truck, he finally agreed to U-Pack!
