Pros: pricing is reasonable and U-Pack’s customer service is solid. Cons: everything about ABF. After paying extra for guaranteed 3 day delivery on Friday, it didn’t make it on time. I was given a 9-3 delivery window and was told the truck arrived at 11:40am but all the drivers had already gone home. They don’t work weekends, so it arrived 3 days late. The rep on the phone didn’t offer a single apology. Once it arrived Monday, we got it emptied quickly and called to schedule the pick up for Tuesday.
Waiting weeks then they changd day and ti.e ,TWICE!!!!! DON'T USE UNLESS YOU HAVE PLENTY OF TIME TO DO WITHOUT!! LIKE, FURNATURE,CLOTHS,TOOLS

Excellent Service for Our Interstate Move Our move was smooth and stress-free thanks to this service. We opted to use one of their trailers, which was the perfect solution for transporting a bedroom set, kitchen items, and other personal belongings. The 5-foot space was more than sufficient for our needs. The trailer ramp is quite heavy, so it's definitely helpful to have an extra pair of hands—or better yet, the driver, who kindly pulled the ramp down for us at drop-off.

Overall great experience but not without some pointers I can provide. Keep checking prices as they can be volatile. I figured it close to the same price a renting a truck and driving with the cost of fuel. So close, it was worth a few less cubic feet of moving area. My origination driver dropping off and picking up was spectacular. High degree of personal and professional care.
U pack is best for long distance moving. Reasonable price and on-time delivery. I used relocube, it looks small but I surprised to see lot of things fits in it. Wonderful service and responsive customer care.

I cannot rate these people highly enough. First, they were the only ones that actually let me get everything done online, even got a price, all in under 5 minutes. PODS & PackRat required you call to complete & get the price. (Is it 1998 still?) That was 45 minutes - each - I'll never get back (and all their various charges, oy!). They do the pod thing, too, but I was uncertain how much space I needed so, the trailer option fit the bill perfectly. You fill it and pay by the footage used. Simple.
