In their own words
Moving from Indiana to Florida with very special family items took all the research and calls we could make. We were careful and found that U-PACK was the best priced and we found all the videos needed to do it the right and most secure manner. The Elkhart team in Indiana and receiving team in Florida were so polite and helpful and at the top of the U-Pack service mantra. We still worried about our two cubes in the travel but on delivery and inspection all was secure with absolutely NO DAMAGE!!
Customer service, communication, and quality of the trailer was great. My trailer arrived on time at my old address and was picked up on time when I called them. The trailer even arrived early and they worked with me to deliver the trailer to an address I didn't even know 24 hours prior to delivery. I found that calling and talking to an agent is your best option to get the best deal. Also call more than once because the pricing and availability of the trailers change daily.

Drivers at both the pickup and dropoff went above and beyond to be polite and courteous. Weather problems caused problems at our rural pickup location which I know were expensive for ABF to deal with, but there were no additional charges -- and the total bill actually came in under the estimate. They're very proactive about letting us know when they're arriving to pick up or drop-off a trailer, and their pricing is quite good. No qualms about using again.
