After all the years of someone trusting their stuff at this storage always paid on time never a late payment valuable things started missing. No cameras are working like they say so as we were robbed not once but twice we were ignored disrespected kicked off. The property kicked out of the facility with no help as the finding what was stolen three quads this is no lie. And I will post pictures though the fence was cut.

With this being my first time to rent a storage unit this place is so disappointing. I do not recommend. We were only there for two weeks and started to notice roaches in the unit. I brought it to their attention and they gave us spray and it only worked for maybe a week. Well we had to buy bug bombs and traps to hopefully get them out.

How many times has stuff been stolen from there, you live there and have "cameras" and can't do anything for people who rented there how long, you even refused to let us talk to the owner. Good thing othere managers are nicer than you guys!!! SO IF YOU HAVE A PRIBLEM THEY JUST CALL YOU A LIAR!!! SO WHO'S NOT TELLING THE TRUTH, JERRY AND NANCY!!! They are still telling lies, the cameras werent there for about a month or so in the back. They took down the polls to put new ones up, it only took what a month or two.

The managers/owners watch everything, I mean, can't even move anything in cause they wanna watch and talk to you be nosey n tell you what your doing wrong driving in the camp site

Miss Nancy and Jerry are a Very pleasant couple who manages the Del City facility on 29th street. Facility is kept clean and jerry can be found riding around compound making security checks several times a day. Miss Nancy is knowledgeable of unit statuses and computer payment program.
