So many hidden fees and damaged stuff. Couldn't get my real leather couch in so left it outside. Told me I could leave stuff in fridge but then couldn't get it out the door so I lost my fridge also and tons of food that was damaged from them trying to move it. Dropped furniture, broken passed loved ones dishes. I could go on and on. Please do not support this corrupt company. They do not make what they did right. They literally do not care.

This was, without question, the worst moving experience I’ve ever had. I was scheduled as the second move of the day, but the crew didn’t arrive until nearly 7:00 PM and didn’t finish until around 2:30 AM. There was zero proactive communication about the delay, which made it incredibly difficult to plan—especially as a single parent managing a full move. This timeline severely impacted my children as well.

Extremely rude and unprofessional sales person who took my initial call. Extremely pushy and off putting. I wanted them to send me an official email quote to review prior to putting a deposit down to hold the spot. I told the employee on the phone probably 4 times I wasn’t going to put the deposit down yet and wanted to see the quote before he stopped pushing. Once he realized I was not going to put a deposit down over the phone his tone completely changed and was incredibly rude.

We hired for our one-mile move from a third story to the second which i know is awful. After a lumbar puncture damaged my nerves in my spine a few months ago I have a hard time lifting and moving. This is the only time we have ever hired movers. I was originally told 12-1 as we were the second move. We couldn’t start with them until 3:30ish, and then I was told they would run out of hours so a lot of the things we had to move ourselves. One of them was very good and the other didn’t really help him much.

I called three times and spoke with Julio twice and Chris once. Each time, I was promised a callback that I never received. Communication was very poor throughout the process. During the move, the crew took a step stool from our home that was worth about $150.

Firstly I would like to preface this with the Denton crew that unloaded us was fabulous. This review is explicitly about the Tulsa movers that is completely awful, all the way around. We had a house full of expensive, heavy wood antique furniture. They dropped the back console to the bed pictured, which comes apart to make moving it manageable. They scratched my beautiful Bearnhardt table, which will have to be completely refinished now, will be time consuming and very likely expensive.

Moving is stressful, All My Sons Moving made it 10 times WORSE! The movers ate our food, drank our drinks from the refrigerator and then tried to hide the packages. They left dirty handprints on the walls and furniture. They broke dishes and furniture during the move, so good thing I purchased the protection plan..... WRONG! After submitting my claim for $3,700 worth of damage they offered me $550 to repair the items.

Unfortunately, our move with AMS in 2025 went terrible. The crew was awful. They made more of a mess for us. Moving companies are supposed to make moving easier. The Crew turned a 8 drawers of my jewelry armoire upside down! They took some item's apart & DID NOT put back together. I need to have my office Chair cleaned. If you label where boxes go, they'll still unload in wrong rooms. And locally, they charge 16% of labor. $485 fuel for 10 to 12 total miles.
