Terrible service by the worker named Harley. I rent trucks pretty much everyday from all kinds of different U-Haul locations but this location is the only ONLY ONE that gives me problems and it’s because of Harley. Everytime I drop off, Harley will lie and make up charges and charges me a bunch of different fees, when asked and confronted about it he’s says since he doesn’t have a button for the fee he’s charging me, so he puts it under “cleaning fee” and charges me whatever he decides to charge me.
Do NOT park your U-Haul here if you can help it. There was no room to park my 26’ truck, so I had to park it longways across a few parking spots in another designated U-Haul zone. It was the best choice available. The subsequently charged me $100 DOLLARS for this. I could not have parked it anywhere else! Would they prefer the middle of the street? Additionally, their Google Maps hours did not meet their hours posted on the door.
I rented a truck for self service pick up, only to arrive to find out that they did not store the keys to that truck. I called to see if I could receive the code to another compartment only to find out that not a single one contained a key. If you're going to provide a service, it's probably a good idea to ensure you are actually capable of doing it.
CUSTOMERS TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. There are too many options in town to be treated poorly by management. The manager of this unit Harley should be fired and never allowed to work customer experience ever again in his life. He is the most cocky and unprofessional human anyone could ever have representing their business.

Never in my life have I ever worked with someone so rude and condescending as a business owner and I deal with a lot of different types of people and the young man with the long hair is by far the worst I’ve ever worked with when I asked …
Charged a $100 cleaning fee for leaving a scrap of rope in the back of the truck. Seems excessive for a 5 second job. I’d love a job to pay me that kind of wage. Will be using any other U-Haul pickup in town over this one again.
I left a bad review a month ago due to poor service by Harley (the manager). I have receipts of renting multiple U-haul trucks from THIS LOCATION later being banned & cussed at due to a “dirty truck” …

Great experience and excellent service. Planned a move for early start, reserved a truck, was happy to arrive when the opened and they were prepared with the truck, dolly, blankets and then on return it was easy and on my way. Very organized and friendly!! They run a great business and I highly recommend them!

Rented a UHaul from this facility and received incredible customer service from Harley and team. They were prompt, organized, welcoming, accurate and very helpful. The staff here is super helpful and kind, I originally rented a u-haul for moving and then later on got a storage unit for my business. They are always quick to help, friendly, and overall it’s been a great experience have a storage unit here

I didn’t grab their name but the two gentlemen working were absolutely the most kind and helpful employees I have ever come across - whatever their paid is truly not enough because that kind of customer service cannot be trained it is a skill that you either have or don’t. I came to get a uhaul and will definitely be transferring my storage unit to this facility instead of the one we currently use - solely based off how kind and well mannered these men were!
