Dealing with Steven was great, however the team we had while moving was not. We ended up with holes in our wall and my leather couch also had some major damage. I’ve been hesitant to write a review as I do not want to see small businesses fail, however it hasn’t sat right with me, after I did reach out to the owner and try to inform him on what happened with his two man crew.

Unprofessional movers did not even cover my mattress while moving it, putting my BRAND NEW memory foam beige mattress in a dirty slot in a U-Haul truck 🤢scratching my expensive dressers bumping walls having them bounce around in the U-Haul truck, not even covering them With plastic 😂 I bought them from Bombay you cannot find paint 🎨 for these style dressers to fix the scratches and dents!

Worst experience ive ever had! They scheduled us for a move and made us wait over 2 hours, only to call and cancel on us. I have a newborn and 2 young children that got affected by their tardiness and lack of professionalism. I would NEVER recommend them.

Steven, who answered when I called, was very helpful. He reassured they could get the job done, he answered all my questions, arranged the move of my furniture from the garage to my basement which was done in less than 24 hours after speaking to him. Communication good not have been better from start to finish! The 2 men that arrived were very professional, reliable, honest, polite and extremely fast. The total cost was very reasonable with no hidden costs.
