Share review Embed review Write an update Edit review 10/18/2020 This company is abusive in its ways. They delivered extremely poor service. They did not show up on time per our contract, days late actually. They forced me to pay the remaining balance under duress days before the rest of my items actually arrived. I was promised a credit but they have been radio silent on answering emails (over 20) and MGMT refuses to speak over the phone.
I spent over $1300 on a move for an appartment with Vector. The movers broke a $1200 TV after repositioning it, and did not test in before leaving. This was after I tipped them a substantial sum of money for what I thought was a job well done. After weeks of going back and forth with Vector’s claim department, they stopped responding to me after offering $50 for the TV. Vector also did not respond to the better business bureau. If you value your personal items and money, do not book a move with this company.
Was given a wrong quote. Was never told that the first quote was for 1.5hrs of driving and 4 hours of moving which came to $800. The guys took 3x the job and DEMANDED 20% tip. …

They are very professional movers. The system is well designed and the movers came on time and very efficient and responsible. They helped us disassemble a sofa because the door size limit and they reassembled it perfectly. Highly recommend!

The people they bring are incredibly strong and talented. They moved me out out of a fourth floor walk up with no problem. Would highly recommend
Adam and crew were fabulous. They moved daughter from Hoboken New Jersey to upper West side of Manhattan. Everything was moved quickly and professionally — they were in and out in no time!! really fabulous service. We highly recommend them.
