Great service at first. Friendly staff. Wrapped up nicely, they then said they would deliver the next day by 9. Got up at 5 am drove to the new address and they did no show. When contacted they said the truck broke down and they would be 8 hours late . I said to come the next day and they said they would be the between 9-10. At 10 they changed to 1 . When they showed staff unloaded nicely and put stuff in the proper rooms. The Manager Tam that who is pictured makes promises of delivery that he does not honor.
If you are doing an out of state, long distance move do NOT move with this company. My belongings were picked up on July 26th, and three weeks later, I still do not have my things. While the director was personable during booking, communication completely fell apart afterward. There were a few major issues throughout this process that anyone considering this company should watch out for. First, the delivery windows were completely misleading. I was verbally told a 7–10 day window only the day before pickup.
DO NOT MOVE WITH THIS COMPANY. They tried to charge me for 4x the volume that my items really took up and when I contacted them numerous times trying the get an explanation all they could say was "That's not how it works". Please save yourself the insane amount of stress that they caused me and find another moving company.
