DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! While moving my furniture the movers dropped my dresser leaving a hole in the floor. They also caused damage in the dining/living room area with 2 more cracked floor boards from the dolly. I was originally told it would not be a problem to repair the flooring. The movers reported the damage and I was told I would be contacted within a week. I didn’t hear anything for 2 weeks so I sent an email to Cassandra who took another 2 days to respond.
I give this so called moving company 0 stars. Called them to set up an appointment for a moving quote for June 25th at 11am. Never showed up. Emailed and left a voicemail and never reached out. If this is how they handle their appointments. I can’t imagine showing up on an important day to help you move.
I gave 2 stars because the women on the phone Cassandra was pleasant. However first issue was we scheduled an estimate appointment and she called and canceled 20 minutes beforehand saying guy had flat tire and we could reschedule for Tuesday at 11AM. Tuesday rolls around, I call at 1030 am to make sure they are coming, no answer, leave message. NO CALL NO SHOW. Dont think you could depend on them to actually show up to move you, as this is not a time to be left hanging! DO BETTER

AMAZING experience with We’re Ready. They helped us load our moving truck from our large storage unit. Both movers were prompt (even arrived early!), friendly, fast, and great at their job! They expertly loaded our truck and even helped us pack some of our loose items into extra boxes they brought. Highly recommend We’re Ready for any of your moving/packing needs. I chose We’re Ready LLC because they were less expensive than the others I called. I recommend them 100%! Jay and Chris were professional, friendly, fast, and careful with my belongings. They put my furniture where I wanted it and boxes in the rooms they belonged in. Cassandra, thanks for coordinating the whole thing. I have absolutely nothing negative to say.
