West Coast East Coast Express

I recently moved from Santa Barbara to Chicago, and West Coast East Coast Express made the whole process effortless. The team arrived right on time at my apartment near State Street and carefully handled every piece of furniture, even my bulky surfboards and fragile plants. They were professional but also friendly, taking the time to answer my questions and keep me updated throughout the long trip. Everything arrived on schedule and in perfect condition, which really took the stress out of such a big move.

Set up pre move was easy, got notified of slight delay with trucks first thing in the morning. Truck and crew arrived and were timely, clean, and efficient. Moved out of the street with poor street parking and an older building without issues. No hidden costs. No hassles. Definitely recommend.

I recently just bought a car for my birthday. Only issue was it was brand new and I didn't want to drive and possibly ruin it before taking it to the shop. I called this company and they did a amazing job. Firstly the salesman I spoke to, his name was Jacob. Lovely person did a great job educating me on how the whole move proces works. He called me everyday and made sure I was aware of every detial and update made. My car was safely picked up from what my family told me back home.

This past weekend we hired movers to help move our 2 bedroom apartment into our new house. We agreed to the 3 movers & a truck. Having moved from the east coast, as well as a few local moves, I have had previous good and bad experiences with moving companies. The service from this moving company was so far the best - not even one mediocre item to note. The guys showed up EARLY and moved as fast as reasonable considering the furniture and amount of items.
