They disassembled a bed (and did not reassemble as they claimed they would) and lost the hardware. When I called they were very dismissive and told me that as I had checked the truck they were not responsible. The hardware should have been taped to the bed or handed to me and yes I checked the truck but it was large and dark and would have been difficult to see a small package of nuts and bolts. A month later the bed sits in pieces and I’m struggling to find the parts to reassemble it.

We moved yesterday, and two amazing movers, Denis and Alexander, helped us throughout the entire process. Zeus Moving Services provided exceptional service in moving my parents. They were quick to follow up on my request for pricing. I have personally used the company's services on two occasions so far. Could not wish for a better service. On one occasion the company helped us to move from one house to another, and on another from a house to a storage that the company partners with. The experience was extremely pleasant during those stressful times. Before the moves took place the company was very patient addressing any single tiny concern we had. They always came on time.
