Units are cool and clean. Easy to rent as well. Edit: After using for almost year, the price has went up and I have called several times about how hot the temperature is inside the climate control units. Just recently I went to my unit I had to go through the back door to access my unit. This doesn't make any sense because my unit is close to the front door.

I gave it five stars until I needed customer service for a problem and then it went to one. Customer service is garbage. I've been unable to access the entry gate for 4 days. I'm trying to get the rest of my stuff out. I have driven 30 mi one way four different times and the gate will not open. I've called customer service and have waited on hold over 30 minutes each time and no one will answer. I bet when I don't pay the bill they'll be quick to call. If you don't mind garbage customer service.

Rodents...leaking units...the gate is constantly left open... Moreover, it's extremely difficult to contact anyone to address the barrage of issues.

Great place to rent if you don’t like to deal with people. It’s managed remotely. 24 hour access. Only problem I have is the lack of lighting. It’s very dark in the back at night. Kinda scary. But otherwise great over the phone customer service and email communication. Fair pricing. They run specials often.

It was a very quick process. I scanned the code at the site, paid and moved my stuff in all on the same day (Sunday) no service needed from anyone. Also, it’s very clean and my space was very spacious. Definitely satisfied!

They jacked my price up above the standard rate and when I called them to complain they fixed the issue promptly

The easy online rental process was great and I had absolutely no problems. The facility is well kept but it does not have a dumpster. The only thing I can complane about is the lighting. It's really dark out there after the sun goes down. Extremly dark in some areas. I believe they need to invest in some more lighting in thoes dark corners. But all in all its a nice well kept storage unit. Just a little dark. Bring a flash light.
