My landlord hired this company for the temporary move out of our large complex of apartments and I have nothing but bad things to say about these people. They broke several pieces of my furniture, my solid wood desk and office chair, they …
This was our second time using them, and up until the end we were quite pleased. Though far from cheap, we had them pack all of our belongings and they do a beautiful job. They also stored our belongings for about four months while we were remodeling our new place. The move-in was also smooth though there was one major problem. They lost at least one moving box full of clothing. It contained over 200 ties and multiple other articles of clothing. Their insurance covers loss by weight not by value.
The worst moving experience of my life. They damaged or lost most of my belonging and won't take responsibility. Offered me $120.00 for tens of thousands of loss. Outrageous.
My boyfriend used their services and not only did they come 2 hours after the planned time, they also broke my bed frame. Id avoid this service

These guys are the absolute best installers I've worked with in my 15 years in the interior design industry. They are so on top of it, pay attention to detail, and best of all they are so much fun.
