Very rude over the phone and started telling me when my stuff had to be delivered and that I would start incurring charges according to the "contract" I have been in the military for more than 13 years and informed the employer when she called me last Thursday to say they were delivering my house hold goods on Monday and I explained that I worked on Monday and it would need to be later in the week.

It is hard enough moving from home to home when you are in the military. What make is harder is when movers destroy your items and don’t take care when transporting them. Unfortunately the military goes with the lowest bidder who doesn’t seem to care what condition your things arrive in. They destroyed dresser to my bedroom set. My white leather sofa and a few other items. Problem is they want me to repair my dress ($285 offered). My dresser is discontinued so no parts available to repair it.
My neighbors hired this company which is so inconsiderate of others. They parked their giant moving truck in front of other people drives ways making it impossible for them to get to their house. When they were told they cannot park there they ignored it and continued to stay parked there not matter how many people complained. Not professional or courteous of the company to be preventing others from getting to their homes.
Been sitting here waiting to load for 3 hours while containers just keep coming in and being unloaded. Maybe consider loading some trucks and making more room. It’s probably difficult to find the crates you need for each truck. Meanwhile my …

As a military family we have moved many times. Most I have had to get in there & help the movers or start to rush them along because they take their sweet old time. Rebel is BY FAR the best movers we had to date over last 10 years, 7 moves. So easy. I didn’t stress AT ALL. They were careful with my things from what I could see. Nice to my children. On time. Efficient with time. Didn’t leave a mess behind. I would hire them again in a minute. All the stress I had over this move & they eased my mind so much.

Tractor Trailer 53’ driver. My appointment window was from 8am-12. I arrived about 730am. Parked truck outside the gate located at the dead end of the street. Walked into location, I Was greeted by employees in different department who politely guided me to the appropriate receiving point of contact. Docking is outdoor style ramp. Enough space to make a U turn and dock blindside. Blindside is typically not best choice but it was enough space to get it right. Be patient and take your time.
