I would not recommend this place at all, don’t be fooled by the high google review ratings. First of all, they were late for my move out by 3 hours which caused a bit of delay on my renovation for my unit. For the moving back in day, they were late about 30, but while they were trying to swing their moving truck they damaged my condo’s guest parking lot area. On top of that nothing was compensated so far for the delay on both days as well as the damaged sofa and for the damaged they caused for the parking lot.

I booked 2 Guys with a Truck to do an estate move from Richmond to West Vancouver on June 28, 2021. They sub-contracted the job without letting me know. The subcontractor, 'Mike' from 'Friendly Movers', damaged five items of furniture and has no insurance and will not pay or accept responsibility. 2 Guys with a Truck won't pay me $250 for restitution. Mike returned the tip plus an extra $22.50.
We'd like to apologize for the poorly planned and executed service you were given. Management has since changed and incidents like these will be dealt with in a professional manner with transparency and integrity.
Cancelled on me at 10pm, the day before the move. I was horrified. They didn’t even seem to care. Do not use unless you want to end up moving yourself. I’ve never written a bad google review before, but this company is just bad. If I could give them 0 stars, I would.
Angie please accept our sincerest apology for the poor service/communication you were given that day. Two Guys with a Truck is under new management and will not handle any move like yours was that day.

I called 2 Guys With A Truck last minute as I needed to move some furniture in a hurry. They were recommended to me by a previous client who had so many good things to say about them. They were able to fit me in for the 4 hours I needed them at a moments notice and it was a great experience. They were early to set up and take a look at the pieces that needed to be moved. They got the work done faster than expected and everything went smoothly!
