I called about two weeks in advance of my move to get a quote and availability for my move date. The person I spoke to was very pleasant and asked me to text them pictures, a summary of what I was moving, and the moving addresses He said they had availability for the day I requested and that they would provide a quote that evening. I never received a quote, I assumed they were busy. However, a little over a week before my move date I called to get verification of the move date and the quote.

I did a lot of research before picking a moving company, and I'm really glad we went with Up Down Movers. Kalen, who coordinates everything, was great from the start. Quick to respond and happy to answer all my questions. On moving day, Michael, Kevin, and Lucas helped with the move and were awesome. They were friendly, careful, and clearly knew what they were doing, which made the whole move so much easier. They took apart and put back together our furniture, and handled all our items with a lot of care.
Kalen and his team were quick and super helpful! My move was small and on a tight timeline, but Kalen and the guys were amazing, communication was great and they were very punctual too. They handled my stuff with care and my move was complete within an hour. Kalen was extremely kind and respectful too! Would definitely use them again :)

EXCELLENT! Kalen and his team were the perfect crew to make a stressful day go smoothly and calmly. The temperament of every guy on the job was the main point of difference to past experiences with moving firms. They were lightning fast, energetic and nothing was too much trouble. The quote was reasonable from the start, in stark difference to other local firms who started high, then called me repeatedly lowering their rate attempting to profiteer rather than just be transparent and fair in their pricing.
