Very bad service on Sunday, dealt with some idiot that seemed to have mental issues and was extremely rude and aggressive. The owner needs to either fire him or suspend him or he’ll keep losing them customers. Very bad experience will probably stop using them.
Terrible experience! They increased their cost dramatically but only after most of our belongings were on the truck. On top of that they damaged a number of pieces and were very difficult to deal with to get the pieces repaired.
Worst experience ever. Paid $400/month for storage of boat. Was out of town for over a month with a family emergency and when I came back my boat was completely ransacked, pillaged and it looks like someone is living in there. When speaking to the manager about sorting out billed owed and the current situation she completely dismissed any accountability on their part.

Unfortunately the company just bailed on us because the guy who was supposed to come to do an estimate decided that it is too hard to get to our apartment. We had to make special arrangements for somebody to be home during that time and that was super inconvenient. Keep in mind, the apartment is in downtown Vancouver area with easy driveway access and we've never had any issues with deliveries, taxis and other people finding us. You can also easy find it with any navigation apps.
The staff member Alex is nice but the Manager is not. She is also a thief. I made a one time payment on my credit card and two weeks later she charged me again. It caused an over draft and a charge from my bank. Never leave your credit information with them. They will take money whenever they want. Regardless of your agreement.
Wow! The "customer service " was so absolutely appalling I left laughing. Never have I had a business seem so completely uninterested in gaining a new customer. Many other great storage options on the north shore, avoid this one! Would give negative stars if I could 🤣 …
We are sorry we couldn't meet your expectations.
I had two identical moves where I used two different moving companies. For some reason took econo nearly twice as long to do the exact same move. Would not use them again.

I have had my entire house in a container with econo moving and storage for 4 years. I have had the pleasure of speaking to Ken and Melaney throughout these 4 years. Both are wonderful to connect with. They have always answered my questions professionally. The guys who picked up the container and then delivered it to my house were also very talented in their job. I was amazed at how they were able to maneuver the large container into my small difficult driveway.

We have used Ferguson before and used them again for our most recent move, including downsizing . Ivan and Damon were excellent. They were both so well experienced, professional, careful and very helpful. Moving can be stressful but not with Ivan and Damon, and Ferguson Moving. From booking the move to waving goodbye at the end of it, Ferguson is the only way to go. I highly recommend this company.

We had a great experience with Econo Moving and Storage. Karen, the estimator was accurate and helpful with suggestions to make our packing easier and the guys who loaded our pods were very hard working, fast and looked after our furniture and boxes well.
