My experience with 24 moving in a moving inside Key Biscayne I am writing because I want to receive a reimbursement from the insurance due to the amount of damage caused by the employees of your company during the move. Before listing these damages I want to be clear that no one ever rushed them or gave them a time limit.
CAUTION, they are like ALL movers. There are always hidden fees so that at pay up time, you are blind sighted by a higher charge. VERY SNEAKY, I called the office to ask about the up charge and Glen could not even apologize or anything. He remained totally indifferent to my issue and could not answer a simple question (I asked if it was customary to have hidden fees because I was told by the movers supervisor that if there would be any extra fees, not to worry, it would be pointed out at the time the decision was…
Very disappointed with the service received - was guaranteed 3 men for the move. I got 3 men but for one it was his first day on the job (not his fault and he really tried his best but was learning) and the other complained all day and took forever to get anything done. Only one out of the 3 men (Luis who was great) was efficient. The move took way longer than expected and even though the rate changed when the 3rd man was kicked off the job it still didn’t substantiate the final cost.
Over charge!!! Be careful, you are told one thing and then after the move is done…they change prices on you. I had two couches, bed set and a few boxes. This could have been done in less than two hours. They had three men, my boyfriend and myself…five of us moving. Should not have been over charge. I would never use them again.

24 Moving did a good job with my in-town move from Aventura to a storage space in Hallandale Beach. A week later, they did a GREAT job moving excess boxes and art from my new home in Hollywood to storage. Chris led move #2 and was excellent! They even assembled furniture that a larger moving company failed to do!
