WORST moving experience of my life.. DO NOT hire this company! You have been warned. The experience from start to finish was horrible and the staff are incredibly rude and condescending. The operations manager was supposed to call me ahead of the move to confirm details but never did until I reminded them 2 days before the move. We agreed the movers would start between 9 and 10 am, but the movers came at 8 am.

The movers were great. They called when they were on their way arrived at the time they stayed it were professional friendly and made the move easy. The customer service from the company is another thing. I was told my hourly rate would be $159 because they were having a special well the paperwork said $169 they did not tell me about the travel fee. I learned about that after I booked and real close to my move date.

Super disappointed. The movers were fine, a little slow but friendly. But they didnt empty the water reservoir from my espresso machine before packing it and water got all over multiple appliances. Thank goodness nothing broke. After unpacking I discovered a few items were missing and they refuse to take responsibility. Unfortunately one of the items is artwork so I'm sure I won't be able to get any money out of a claim for it. Plus they way overcharged for packing supplies.

Borderline Harassment. After receiving conflicting pricing for labor services. I was directed to an "Ops manager" who overshared Florida's labor laws and the correlation to their pricing structure. After an arduous dialog we confirmed the details of my needs. I then paid my deposit. Here's where the 730 behavior begins... I get not 1,2 or 3 but 4 calls back to back from various staff all identifying as "Ops manager" confirming what I just booked, all asking me to reconfirm my email.

To start with they showed up and started the clock at 9. But had me doing paperwork for 20 minutes. Then took 3 hours to load out a storage unit where I gave specific instructions on what was being left at the second stop but they had it at the back of the truck. They individually wrapped like 12 chairs and barstools that I told them were garbage and going to the curb. They MILKED the clock.

So disappointed! Based on my experience with this company, I’m not confident my furniture and personal items the team packed will arrive to my new home undamaged. Although there was an inventory list of what stayed with the house and what was being packed for storage, I had to repeat myself multiple times about which items stayed and which should be packed up and stored.

I had a move scheduled between 1-3. 1st I gave them a FULL breakdown of EVERY item that needed to be moved. THEY gave me between 1pm & 3pm! 2nd they got to me at 4pm! 3rd when they arrived they both had an attitude 1 guy walked through and immediately said we had 2 moves today and we won’t be able to move you in the time allowed (what) and this has to be a starter move. I told him that’s not my problem the company scheduled me and I had to be gone today.

Be very careful with any dealings you make with this company. They tell you one thing over the phone and then charge you for everything, even the air you breathe. We moved from Gainesville to Jacksonville, and they told us the maximum would be $2,500, including travel time, workers' hours, fuel (a percentage), and extras like boxes for mirrors, pictures, etc.
