In their own words
First, this company “agreed" to disassemble, move & reassemble my furniture for a flat rate of $130 + tax. However, on the day of the move wanted an extra $110 because reassembly took him longer than expected; That is not what was agreed to, but I did pay the additional $110 + a $20 tip because I’m a kind & generous person; however I now regret doing so. Additionally, .... the owner of this company has a lack of integrity and serious communication issues. He damaged my wood floor during the move.
Told Wesley I needed dishwasher, gas oven, fridge (specified the type), and microwave swapped between 2 houses. When they arrived (late) he said he didn’t know about the dishwasher even though it’s clearly listed on my invoice for deposit. They could not unhook my oven, did not know how to remove microwave from the bracket, busted the water line on my dishwasher, didn’t bring the right tools to get the doors off the fridge. Unprofessional and not capable of moving appliances as advertised.
Abby decided to change items not originally discussed. The washer which was added was hardwired to the home which is not to code. The refrigerator was bootlegged and a modified with the water hose traveling through two walls into the laundry area connected to the washer water valve.

I am so happy I went with this moving company. When originally I was not going to get a mover, and family was just going to help me move furniture. When I called, Wesley the owner, helped me through the process. Wesley is customer oriented, flexible, understanding, reliable, good. great at communicating, hardworking, friendly, cool and he definitely knows what he is doing as a business owner. This company deserves a 100 star rating for their 100% customer service.

Wow is all i have to say i had an amazing experience with this company had my 2 bedroom moved out and into my new apt within 3 hrs great price a lot better then some quotes i received and the guys were great efficient respectful and they took great care of my items looking forward to future business:)

We needed a moving company ASAP on very short notice. Wesley made this happen, and we were able to move what we needed to move in less time than we ever expected. Wesley and Thomas were very professional, timely, took great care with items needing fragile handling, and are clearly experienced in and passionate about their business and meeting their customers' needs and expectations.
