We have had nothing but a wonderful experience renting our storage unit at 24 Seven Storage. The facility is always clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. The staff has consistently been friendly, helpful, and professional whenever we've needed assistance. We also appreciate feeling safe and secure every time we visit our unit. The convenience of being able to make payments online is an added bonus that makes managing our account simple and hassle-free.

The rental units are great, I have no complaints at all with that aspect of my experience. My customer service experience wasn’t the greatest. I initially rented from the wrong location ( I totally take responsibility for my actions of not listening to the call introduction). Switching to the correct location was more of a hassle than it had to be in my opinion since it’s 1 company. Nonetheless, I lost $29, ended up paying more monthly because I had to get a larger unit.

Easy to set up a storage unit online. Very clean. Manager and attendant do security checks. I had mistakenly left my unit not fully locked and I received a text alarming that my unit was not fully locked and was assured by the manager that they had locked it correctly. 24 hour surveillance is a plus. Lastly the price for a 24 hour climate control unit is cheaper than other storage units that have controlled hours.

Overall it’s just a storage and it’s serves its purpose went up in price over the time I’ve been there I don’t see what for though I had wanted to move to a bigger one but for the price I’ll just keep what I have. As far as customer service that’s A1 they are always there to help with any needs. It’s always a clean friendly environment.
